My friend has many haiku/photographs that are rejected (by him), and for most of these I understand his reasoning, but this one seems to describe the culture of its subject so well I was sorry to see it sent to the dark and unseen pile.
It is not so much funny as it is accurate. It would also be hard to formally arrange children to represent the nationalities and attitude (towards sports in general) of Montessori pupils so well (but it must be said they seem happy):
